Refund & Returns Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you’re not satisfied, our return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase.
After 30 days, we unfortunately can’t offer a full refund or exchange.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email whether your refund has been approved or denied.
If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within a few business days.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account.

  2. Contact your credit card company, sometimes refunds take time to post.

  3. Contact your bank, processing delays are common.

If you’ve done all of the above and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us.


Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund. Sale items are non-refundable.


Exchanges

We only replace items that are defective or damaged.
To request an exchange for the same item, email us for further instructions.


Shipping Returns

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable

  • Shipping times for exchanges may vary by location.

  • For higher-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we can’t guarantee receipt of returned items.
